Food Review: Buster’s Sea Cove

grey-logoveronica | I first stumbled upon the Buster’s Sea Cove food truck last Summer on my way to Woofstock. Recently, I took the baby and Jen to St. Lawrence Market for lunch and to the wondrous offerings from Buster’s restaurant. St. Lawrence Market is full of temptations, but we stayed focused and headed right for Buster’s and their promise if fresh seafood. We both ordered the Lobster Roll plate ($15).

01The Good: The Lobster Roll plate is worth every penny. Generous chunks of fresh, perfectly cooked lobster with just enough mayo to bring it all together. The roll was light and buttery and just melts in your mouth. Even the fries were perfect.

The Meh: Buster’s is busy at lunch. If you’re pressed for time, you might want to rethink it. But, it is worth the wait. We promise. Seating is also limited inside but with the warmer weather returning, you can always find a spot outside.

The Overall: We will definitely be back to try some of their other offerings.
